At The Polish Lounge, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

Refund, Return and Exchange

 Notification of Issues:

  • If you notice any scratches, discoloration, or misshapen nails, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will be happy to address and rectify the issue promptly.

  • To avail of our service guarantee, it is essential to visit the salon within 7 days of your initial service for any necessary nail repairs.   

 Refunds and Returns:

  • We do not offer refunds or credits for services due to a change of mind or personal preference.

  • In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, we are committed to re-doing the service at no additional cost. Kindly inform us immediately after the service if you are unhappy with the quality.

Acceptance of Service:

  • Once you have left the salon premises, it signifies your acceptance and satisfaction with the service provided.

Customer-Induced Damage:

  • Any repairs or replacements required due to customer-induced damage will be charged accordingly.

Nail Care Guidance:

  • If you have any questions or need guidance on nail care, our knowledgeable staff is available to assist you. Feel free to ask for recommendations and tips.

 

Appointment Etiquette

Time Consideration:

  • Respect the value of time, both yours and that of our technicians. Promptly notify us if you are unable to make your appointment.

  • Early communication regarding any schedule conflicts allows us to accommodate other clients or fill the slot with someone on the waiting list.

Additional Services:

  • When scheduling an appointment, kindly inform us of any additional services such as nail design or soak-off. Providing detailed information helps us assign the right technician and allocate sufficient service time.

Right to Refuse Service:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

 

Personal Belongings

  • The Polish Lounge cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of personal items during services. Please exercise caution when handling nail polishes and ensure that you have all your belongings before leaving.

 

Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and The Polish Lounge Gift Card as valid payment methods. We do not accept checks or other forms of payment.

 

Feedback

  • If you have any complaints or feedback, we encourage you to contact the salon manager directly. We value your input and strive to address any concerns promptly.

Salon Safety

  • To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we kindly request that you supervise your children and prevent them from running around the salon.

Infections or Abnormal Reactions:

  • If you experience any infections or abnormal reactions related to your nails, please inform the salon manager promptly. Your health and well-being are of utmost importance to us.
